The Enova system, i.e. modern ERP software, is used for comprehensive management of institutions and companies. This program is supported by over 53 functional solutions whose main task is to improve work in a given company. The software is distinguished by its high flexibility - the system can be personalized, configured and integrated with other business applications. Also important are the continuous updates, which allow the system to adapt to changes in law or to follow technology trends. Enova365 in the case of HR and payroll

Enova365 dedicates its functionality to, inter alia, areas of business such as human resources and payroll. The program streamlines human resources management through intuitive access to employee information. The system maps the company's organizational structures, while at the same time meeting the requirements of Polish legislation regarding the calculation of wages, taxes, contributions and benefits as well as personnel data records. The customized parameterization allows it to be operated by users themselves. ERP software additionally works with time recorders or with the Płatnik (Payer) program.

With respect to HR and payroll the system has the following functionalities:

• HR - saving personal data of employees and contractors and their families, principles of remuneration and information on compulsory or voluntary insurance and tax data.
• Wages - settlement of employment contracts and civil law contracts, as well as granting long-term loans. Enabling free defining of individual components of remuneration.
• Calendars – recording of attendance and absence, defining of personalized work time schedules, compatibility with work time recorders.
• Declarations - supporting tax settlements, sending them to the Płatnik (Payer) program and supporting calculation of co-financing or preparing Wn-d declarations.
• Human Resource Management - improvement of activities related to personnel management, including supporting the employee appraisal process, recording courses and trainings or conducting the recruitment process as well as analyzing the demand for individual work positions.

Manager's and employee's desktop as well as electronic communication

The Enova program helps accelerate the time recording processes through updated information about standards and working time. The manager's desktop enables the review of employee data, approval of any requests as well as the entering of standards and actual working time. In addition, this feature allows for the setting of hourly rates and printing of reports. The employee's desktop enables the checking of holiday limits and submission of requests, as well as the review of working time data, the validity of research and training, and review of remuneration paid.

ERP software can also be usefull for accounting offices in such areas as electronic communications with clients. It makes it possible to provide the client with selected issues, declarations and reports without having to share the entire database. Such electronic accounting allows for an accounting office to maintain simultaneous service and substantive support as well as to make significant savings in working time.
