The first step required when setting up a limited liability company over the Internet, is the registration of partners in the eKRS online system. This is the first requirement. Next, for the electronic signing of documents a qualified certificate or a trusted ePUAP profile will be required.

After registering the partners in the eKRS system, a contract template can be downloaded. This needs to be properly filled out and signed in order to complete the online registration of a limited liability company.

Importantly, the online mode of setting up a limited liability company is available exclusively to individuals who are making a contribution in monetary form. In the case of a contribution in kind, the standard bureaucratic registration procedure is required.
